Jack Magazine’s Spring 2009, Vol. 3, No. 2 is online now. This issue centers around nature writing and art, building on some earlier editions at Jack, with a special on trees and paper usage. Featured also are collages and paintings by Paula Cravens as well as short video projects and art-poetry by Cece Chapman, digital paintings by Diana Magallón, and sand mermaid/merman sculptures by Katie Oliver and Rachel Sands. Jack’s spring issue is going online March 20.
As previously noted, new submissions are being accepted for the 2010 spring issue. I may not actively deal with those right away, but all contributions are saved. I’d like to do an issue dedicated to travel of some kind. Use your imagination. Go off the path. Read the rest of this entry »
